Confidence and self-positivity can be built on something as simple as a smile. What contributes to a smile? It is definitely teeth. Having healthy teeth can reduce insecurities and doubts on being happy. Having unhealthy teeth can lead to insecurities. The best way to take care of your teeth is to maintain teeth health such as brushing your teeth twice a day, flossing, and the use of mouthwash.
A healthy smile can bring confidence in who you talk to as well. Imagine having a phone interview. When you are talking to the interviewer, you have to sound positive. If you talk with a straight face, the tone of your voice is mellow. But if you smile while answering questions, your tone feels more confident and positive. From the interviewer’s point of view, smiling suggests that the interviewee will be successful.
A smile can bring happiness. Smiling is good for your health because it promotes positive feelings. When you are feeling stressed whether it is from work, school, or anything related, take a second and smile. Smiling eases the tension you are feeling and releases endorphins to your brain.. These endorphins create happiness and help you relax.
